Esnad Contracting is seeking an experienced professional to join its team. The company operates across Saudi Arabia, managing multiple projects that require robust fleet operations. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient management and utilization of essential vehicles and heavy equipment.

The Role: Fleet Manager Saudi

As a Fleet Manager, you will oversee all fleet operations for Esnad Contracting, ensuring the efficient management, maintenance, and utilization of vehicles and heavy equipment across various project locations. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on improving fleet performance, maximizing equipment availability, and controlling operating costs while upholding company standards and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily fleet operations across multiple project locations.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure high fleet availability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor equipment utilization and optimize asset allocation.
• Lead workshop and maintenance teams.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, fuel consumption, and operating costs.
• Oversee vendor and supplier performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and manufacturer recommendations.
• Monitor fleet performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and productivity.
• Coordinate with project teams to support operational requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in fleet management, heavy equipment, or related operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, industrial, or heavy equipment environments.
• Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance, workshop operations, asset management, and cost control.
• Experience with Fleet Management Systems (FMS), ERP systems, or maintenance management software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience managing large and diverse fleets.
• Knowledge of telematics, GPS tracking, and fleet performance reporting.
• Professional certifications in fleet management or maintenance.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading maintenance and workshop operations and coordinating with project teams across multiple locations. Salary for this position will be disclosed during the interview process.
