Fulfillment Center Supervisor

About the Role

Afaq - Warehouse Branch is expanding its operations team and is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor. This full-time role is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing shift management within a fulfillment, sortation, or delivery station. The supervisor plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently at every stage of the supply chain.

Role Context

The Fulfillment Center Supervisor drives the operational pulse on the ground, contributing to the timely and accurate dispatch of customer orders. This position requires adaptability and involves diverse responsibilities within a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment by identifying and addressing safety opportunities within the work area.
• Manage and train Associates to ensure high-quality service delivery for customers.
• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
• Provide critical shift-related information continuously to frontline management and operators.
• Adjust labor allocation throughout shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
• Engage with support functions and other departments to resolve common issues or needs in key performance areas such as process area readiness, 5S implementation, safety protocols, and training requirements.
• Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

This is a full-time position located in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a fast-paced fulfillment center environment, requiring active participation in daily operations and collaboration with various teams to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
