About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is expanding its Operations team and is seeking a Fulfillment Center Supervisor in Riyadh. This full-time role involves overseeing shift management within one of Amazon's first-mile fulfillment centers, middle-mile sortation centers, or final-mile delivery stations. The Operations Specialists are integral to maintaining operational flow and ensuring timely customer order fulfillment at every stage of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Cultivate a safe working environment by identifying safety opportunities within the work area.
Manage and train Associates to deliver service for customers.
Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in adherence to quality and safety guidelines.
Provide critical shift-related information to frontline management and operators.
Adjust labor allocation during shifts to meet and exceed operational plans and forecasts.
Engage with support functions and other departments to address common issues or needs in key performance areas such as process area readiness, 5S, safety, and training.
Contribute to solving logistics and supply chain challenges through data analysis, innovation, and process optimization.

Qualifications and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience required: 0-1 years.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule, shift, and work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Ability to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required.
Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
Ability to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
