About the Guest Experience Expert Role

Marriott International is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests throughout their stay, ensuring every interaction contributes to a seamless service journey. The position involves guiding guests from arrival to departure, delivering a comprehensive range of services.

Core Responsibilities

• Initiate and deliver a broad spectrum of services to guide guests through their entire stay.
• Process various operational needs efficiently.
• Address and resolve guest requests promptly.
• Complete required reports accurately.
• Provide guests with information and highlights of the local area.
