About the Role

Match is seeking a high-impact Head of Supply Chain to assume full ownership of its end-to-end supply chain operations. This pivotal role is designed to transform the logistics function from a cost center into a strategic competitive advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for building robust systems, driving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable impact at scale within the Jeddah, Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

The Head of Supply Chain will oversee and lead critical aspects of the supply chain, including:

• Leading demand planning, Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), inventory management, warehousing, and distribution.
• Optimizing stock turnover, reducing aging inventory, and controlling logistics costs.
• Managing multi-site warehouse operations, fleet management, and last-mile delivery processes.
• Establishing data-driven governance frameworks, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting systems.
• Driving supplier performance, ensuring procurement alignment with supply chain objectives, and enhancing cost efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time position must possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 12 to 18 years of experience in Supply Chain management.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in multi-site operations.
• Substantial experience within the retail, FMCG, or manufacturing sectors, with a preference for experience in beauty or perfumes.
• A proven track record in implementing cost reduction strategies and optimizing inventory levels.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle/SAP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and planning tools.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

While not mandatory, the following will be considered advantageous:

• Experience working within the GCC region.
• Professional certifications such as APICS, CSCP, CPIM, or Lean Six Sigma.
