The Hostess Role

This is a full-time, on-site Hostess position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The Hostess is responsible for welcoming guests, managing waiting lists, and coordinating seating to ensure efficient operations within the dining area. This role is central to maintaining Blue Limits Group’s hospitality standards and contributing to a positive guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests upon arrival and manage the waiting list effectively.
Coordinate seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow in the dining area.
Handle reservations and answer phone calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about the venue to guests.
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
Support the service team and address guest inquiries promptly.
Ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience throughout their visit.
Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.

Qualifications and Experience

2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Demonstrated ability to manage guest flow and seating coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle reservations and guest inquiries efficiently.
A professional and friendly approach to guest service.
