Esnad Real Estate Valuation is a professional firm specializing in real estate advisory services. The company is expanding its team and is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to manage human resources operations and ensure a compliant and engaged workplace.

The Role of HR Supervisor

The HR Supervisor will oversee the full spectrum of human resources functions, from recruitment to employee relations. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and serves as the primary contact for HR matters, ensuring all practices align with Saudi Labor Law and support the company's strategic growth. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding processes.
• Handle employee relations, address concerns, and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment.
• Oversee payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave management, and end-of-service calculations.
• Manage government platforms and ensure compliance with regulations from GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Monitor and support Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
• Coordinate the performance management cycle and support training and development initiatives.
• Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with Saudi Labor Law.
• Maintain and update all employee data, records, and HR transactions within the company's ERP system, and generate HR reports.
• Support employee engagement and retention programs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of practical experience across various HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR government platforms.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or HRIS systems.
• A professional HR certification (*, SHRM, CIPD, aPHRi) is an advantage.
