About the Role

Salla is developing the next generation of merchant infrastructure, providing tools that simplify complexity while maintaining control. Inventory management is a fundamental aspect of merchant success. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Consultant to join our team in Makkah, Makkah Province, for a full-time position.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on role for an individual with deep practical experience in warehouse management (WMS), order management (OMS), or ERP stock control systems. The Inventory Consultant will be responsible for understanding how inventory processes can falter and for designing systems and processes to prevent these issues. Collaboration with product and engineering teams will be key to shaping inventory solutions that reflect real-world merchant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end stock movement across warehouses, branches, and online channels to identify operational challenges.
• Design system logic and process flows to support replenishment, transfers, and multi-location stock visibility.
• Act as the subject matter expert for OMS, ERP, and WMS integrations within Salla's ecosystem.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate inventory workflows, reconciliation rules, and tracking mechanisms.
• Define merchant-facing best practices for inventory accuracy, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as stock accuracy, order fulfillment rate, and inventory turnover.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in inventory management, warehouse systems, or retail operations.
• Proven experience with ERP or OMS implementations (*, SAP, Odoo, Oracle, or locally developed systems).
• A deep understanding of SKU management, stock reconciliation, and multi-branch operations.
• Experience collaborating with technology or product teams to enhance system workflows.
• An analytical mindset with a focus on precision, scalability, and process design.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Makkah Province. The role requires a practical, hands-on approach to inventory management and system design.
