Key Account Manager, Construction Equipment

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Key Account Manager, Construction Equipment to join its team. This full-time role is based in the Makkah region, with responsibilities covering Jeddah and Makkah cities. The position is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding market presence for construction equipment within the commercial vehicles segment.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across government, fleet, and private sectors. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for promoting construction equipment products and ensuring business performance aligns with established revenue and market share targets.

Core Responsibilities

• Drive the achievement of monthly sales targets for Construction Equipment across key accounts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and product teams to establish monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
• Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance proactively and implement actions to ensure consistent target attainment.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers across government, fleet, and private sectors.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and facilitate smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales or account management, preferably within the construction equipment or commercial vehicles sector.

Team and Collaboration

The Key Account Manager will operate within the Construction Equipment division. This role involves close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager, product managers, and various cross-functional teams to achieve results and support the growth of the commercial vehicles segment in KSA.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, with primary responsibilities covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
