About the Role

Work&Co. Family is seeking a Kids Club Animator for a full-time position in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is central to creating engaging and safe experiences for children within the kids' zone, ensuring both child enjoyment and parent confidence. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Kids Club Animator is responsible for bringing the children's zone to life through memorable activities while maintaining a secure environment. This involves direct interaction with children and parents, ensuring operational readiness, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily activities, including games, crafts, storytelling, and interactive play, alongside special events and seasonal programs.
• Welcome each child individually and provide parents with updates on their child's day upon pickup.
• Implement and enforce child safety protocols, maintaining accurate check-in and check-out records.
• Monitor the parents' lounge, as the branch operates as a single-floor facility.
• Prepare and reset the kids' zone for each shift, participate in daily briefings, and communicate supply needs to the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated confidence in performing and leading activities for groups of children.
• Possess a warm, patient, and energetic demeanor throughout a full shift.
• Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, including weekends, holidays, and event days as required.
• Full adherence to a five-star service culture.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires active engagement within a dynamic environment focused on children's activities and parental satisfaction.
