About the Role

Dar Al Riyadh Consultants is seeking a Land Surveyor to join their team in Makkah. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles.
• Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions of land or land features.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
• Prepare or supervise the preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying.
• A total of 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Infrastructural Projects.
• Proficiency with Survey Equipment.
• Competency in MS Office and CAD software.
• A strong knowledge of infrastructure is essential.
• A strong safety background is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of all construction disciplines, including practical application ("HOW TO").
• A valid driving license.

Professional Attributes

Candidates should be organized and systematic in their approach to work. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is crucial for this role. Experience in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia is considered a valuable asset.
