About the Legal Specialist Role

This on-site role is based in Jeddah and focuses on supporting the company's retail operations and partnerships through dedicated legal expertise. Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Legal Specialist will be responsible for the comprehensive management of legal documentation and contracts essential to the company's retail activities and business relationships. This includes drafting, reviewing, and overseeing all legal agreements. The role also involves providing crucial legal consulting and guidance to internal departments and management, proactively identifying and addressing potential legal issues, and ensuring strict adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

• Review, draft, and manage legal documents and contracts.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in preparing legal documents, such as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements, is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Law or an equivalent legal qualification.
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations applicable to retail and commercial activities in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia.
• Membership in a recognized legal body is considered an advantage.
