The Role of Linen Room Supervisor

As a Linen Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the team of Linen Room Attendants. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all operational goals are met while maintaining specified standards of cleanliness and organization within the linen room. This role requires a commitment to efficient departmental operations and adherence to established procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, record, and sort clean uniforms from the laundry, ensuring proper arrangement on shelves and racks.
• Issue linen to Food & Beverage outlets according to requisitions.
• Distribute uniforms to all employees and maintain accurate uniform records.
• Inspect all uniforms for minor damages such as loose buttons or hems, and coordinate with the tailor for repairs.
• Ensure the linen room remains clean and tidy at all times, reporting any damage to linen or uniforms.
• Verify that all linen and uniforms are stored correctly and accurately recorded.
• Report to superiors when uniforms require discarding or replenishment.
• Ensure the correct procedure is followed for discarding linen or uniforms.
• Confirm that all uniforms are prepared for special and seasonal events as required.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

This position is open to Saudi talent. Candidates should possess 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating an understanding of housekeeping operations and supervisory duties. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a team effectively to meet operational standards.

Work Environment
