About the Role

FNRCO is seeking a highly capable Management Oversight Associate Manager to join its dedicated team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, encompassing operational oversight across both Jeddah and Makkah. The role is critical for maintaining high standards of governance and performance across various organizational engagements.

Role Purpose and Context

The Management Oversight Associate Manager provides essential strategic oversight across multiple teams and engagements within FNRCO. The core focus of this role is on establishing and maintaining robust governance frameworks, monitoring overall performance, and ensuring consistent alignment with established organizational standards. This position is distinctly oriented towards high-level strategic oversight rather than day-to-day operational project management, playing a pivotal role in maintaining organizational integrity and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Review delivery performance across teams and engagements.
• Monitor high-level progress against established objectives and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure that risks, issues, and escalations are identified and addressed through appropriate delivery management channels.
• Provide people and stakeholder oversight, including team utilization, workload balance, capability development, and performance feedback, while supporting a healthy and sustainable operating model.
• Act as a senior interface between delivery teams, the Delivery Manager, and leadership, ensuring transparency, clear communication, and alignment of expectations.
• Support governance forums, reporting mechanisms, audit readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure organizational policies, controls, and quality standards are consistently applied throughout operations.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in management oversight, governance, or a related field.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, covering operations in Jeddah and Makkah.
