Tamer Healthcare, a prominent entity within the Tamer Group, is seeking a Market Insights & Business Development Senior Manager. Tamer Group, founded in 1922, is a family-run leader in healthcare and wellness across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Market Insights & Business Development Senior Manager will lead the translation of market intelligence, performance data, and competitive insights into clear business narratives, opportunity assessments, and partner-ready materials. This role is central to supporting business development, portfolio expansion, and executive decision-making processes across Tamer Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage IMS/IQVIA and internal performance data to assess market trends, growth drivers, risks, and competitive dynamics.
• Support market opportunity framing for new partnerships, portfolio expansion, and strategic growth areas, translating market movements into business implications and recommended actions.
• Develop data-driven, compelling narratives to support business development, partnerships, and vendor onboarding, translating complex strategies into clear and differentiated value propositions.
• Lead the development of high-impact Board and Business Review Meeting (BRM) presentations, executive updates, and partner pitch decks, ensuring strategic clarity and consistent messaging.
• Prepare monthly organizational performance communication, including market share, growth drivers, risks, and competitive dynamics, converting data into actionable business stories that drive alignment and decision-making.
• Support Business Development with market narratives, opportunity framing, and partner-ready materials, including pitch decks, value propositions, and business cases for vendors, partners, and strategic opportunities.
• Position Tamer Healthcare Pharma’s capabilities across distribution, marketing & promotion, logistics, market access, commercialization, and local manufacturing/joint venture opportunities.

Experience Required

• Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position. The role is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, contributing to Tamer Healthcare's operations within the broader Tamer Group framework.
