The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the firm's presence and reputation within the real estate advisory sector. The position requires deep knowledge of real estate consulting services, including valuation, feasibility studies, market research, and investment advisory, coupled with proven experience in the Saudi market. This role ensures the firm's specialized advisory services are effectively communicated to target audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy that supports the firm’s advisory services, including valuation, feasibility studies, market analysis, and investment consulting.
• Position the firm as a trusted thought leader through high-quality content, reports, insights, and market commentary.
• Manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns targeting developers, investors, financial institutions, government entities, and corporate clients.
• Oversee the creation of professional content such as market reports, whitepapers, case studies, presentations, and client-facing materials.
• Strengthen the firm’s brand presence across all channels, ensuring consistency and credibility aligned with advisory standards.
• Manage social media platforms with a focus on educational, analytical, and insight-driven content.
• Collaborate closely with the advisory team to translate technical outputs (valuations, studies, analyses) into clear, compelling marketing messages.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor trends in the Saudi real estate advisory sector.
• Support business development by generating qualified leads and enhancing client engagement.
• Prepare performance dashboards, campaign analytics, and marketing KPIs for senior management.
