About the Role

Rotana Hotels is seeking a qualified Massage Therapist to join their team in Makkah. This full-time position is for professionals looking to advance their careers in the recreation sector.

Role Overview

As a Massage Therapist, your primary responsibility is to provide body conditioning treatments and massages to guests and leisure club members. This role requires a professional approach to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards within the hotel's facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform massages using various techniques such as kneading, rubbing, and stroking to stimulate circulation, relax muscles, and alleviate discomfort.
• Administer steam, dry heat, ultraviolet, infrared, or water treatments as requested by clients.
• Provide guidance to clients on activities such as remedial exercises.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments provided to customers.
• Ensure treatment rooms are kept tidy and stocked with necessary items, including towels, candles, and oils.
• Manage reservations for massage and other treatment packages.
• Conduct all duties in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Possess knowledge of club facilities and membership pricing.
• Adhere to high standards of personal hygiene.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should be certified Massage Therapists. Ideally, applicants will have international experience in a similar role within a hotel or spa setting. A strong understanding of all massage treatments is essential. Proficiency in English and excellent interpersonal skills are required.
