About the Role

TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking a Media Search Analyst Arabic (SA) to join our team. This part-time, long-term project offers flexibility in setting your own schedule and involves completing tasks using an innovative web-based evaluation tool. The role is based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and contributes to the evaluation of digital media content.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of diverse task categories, including music, video, books, podcasts, and home pod evaluations across various media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content.
• Perform research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Apply market expertise in conjunction with provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the specific market.

Required Qualifications

No previous professional experience is required for this role. Candidates will need to meet basic requirements and pass a standard assessment process. This is a part-time, long-term project, subject to quality assurance checks. Essential requirements include:

• Residency in Saudi Arabia for the last year consecutively.
• Familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Saudi Arabia.
• An email address associated with an Apple ID, along with experience and knowledge of Apple products.
• Up-to-date familiarity with prevailing trends in applications, music, and video, coupled with a keen interest in internet research.
• Flexibility to work across a diverse set of task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance evaluations.
• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, a computer, and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to innovative methodologies and processes, demonstrating strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Assessment Process

To be considered for this program, applicants must complete an open-book qualification exam and undergo ID verification. Guidelines and learning materials will be provided prior to the exam, which must be completed within a specific timeframe but at the applicant's convenience. Additional incentives are offered throughout the assessment process.
