About the Medical Representative Role

GSK Saudi Arabia is seeking a Medical Representative to join its team. This full-time position is based in the Mecca and Medina regions, supporting the company's commitment to Vision 2030 and the development of Saudi national capabilities. The role focuses on building relationships with healthcare professionals to deliver solutions that improve patient health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

As a Medical Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining trusted relationships with healthcare professionals to address their patients' needs.
• Implementing territory strategies through effective communication and the use of approved resources.
• Conducting scientific discussions and group meetings with healthcare professionals to share insights and knowledge.
• Providing timely feedback on market trends and customer insights to inform business decisions.
• Ensuring all activities comply with company policies, local regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Managing company resources responsibly and optimizing their utilization.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Be a Saudi National.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• Possess a valid SCFHS license as a certified pharmacist in Saudi Arabia.
• Have up to 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role engaging with healthcare professionals; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications would be advantageous:

• Experience working in multinational pharmaceutical companies.
• Knowledge of sales and distribution processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with software applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• A valid driving license.

Work Environment and Location

This is a field-based role requiring frequent visits to healthcare facilities within the assigned territory. The position is located in the Makkah and Medina regions of Saudi Arabia.
