About the Role

Fakeeh Care Group is seeking a dedicated Paramedic to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves providing immediate, high-quality pre-hospital and in-hospital emergency care to patients in accordance with established medical protocols. The role operates within dynamic and high-pressure environments, requiring quick decision-making and skilled clinical intervention to address urgent medical needs effectively and stabilize patients.

Core Responsibilities in Patient Care

• Deliver high-quality patient care, addressing physical, medical, and cultural needs while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to EMS protocols.
• Anticipate potential problems and respond appropriately to ensure patient safety and effective treatment.
• Adhere strictly to privilege list authority and approved medical protocols in all clinical interventions.
• Utilize medical supplies efficiently to prevent wastage and ensure resource availability.

Operational Duties and Administrative Support

• Operate and maintain EMS vehicles and equipment to ensure reliability, functionality, and prevent damage.
• Complete administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring EMS vehicles are deployment-ready for immediate response.

Professional Development and Team Collaboration

• Stay updated with EMS trends and healthcare developments to respond effectively to evolving patient needs.
• Participate actively in EMS staff meetings to discuss operational updates and care protocols.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including skills maintenance, educational awareness, and relevant research.
• Strive to improve patient care and the working environment through constructive feedback and proactive problem-solving.
• Collaborate effectively with other staff members to foster a cohesive and supportive teamwork environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of the paramedic role.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Paramedic position must possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant emergency medical services or paramedic role. A strong understanding of emergency medical protocols and patient care standards is essential for this role.
