About the Role

CTS Group is seeking a Plant Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of its manufacturing plant. This full-time position, based in Makkah (Jeddah, Makkah), involves taking full operational ownership of the manufacturing facility, driving production performance, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Overview

The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations from end to end, including planning and controlling production, managing budgets and resources, ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment reliability, and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards. The role requires aligning teams and processes to deliver on-time, in-full production while continuously improving efficiency and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Direct all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, warehousing, and logistics, to meet output and delivery targets.
Manage the plant's P&L, set and control the operating budget, and drive cost efficiency across labor, materials, and overheads.
Establish and monitor production KPIs (OEE, throughput, yield, scrap, downtime) and implement corrective actions to address gaps.
Ensure product quality and full compliance with ISO and regulatory standards, as well as customer specifications.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and asset life.
Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma) to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Enforce HSE standards, ensure a safe working environment, and foster a zero-incident safety culture.
Manage, coach, and develop plant staff; oversee workforce planning, shift structures, and performance.
Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, engineering, and sales departments to align capacity with demand.
Maintain accurate operational reporting and present plant performance to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
Over 10 years of proven experience leading a manufacturing plant or a major production operation.
Demonstrated ability to balance production targets with cost, quality, and safety objectives.
A hands-on operational leadership approach with a track record of building strong, accountable teams.

This role offers full ownership of plant performance, driving safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing while building and developing a high-performing team within the CTS Group facility in Makkah.
