Procurement Officer (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the Role

Mahmoud Atta Factory for Metal Products Co., located in the Second Industrial City, Jeddah, is seeking a Procurement Officer. This is a full-time position open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. The role involves managing the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring efficient operations and supplier relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review purchase requests, including specifications and quantities.
• Request and compare quotations from suppliers, and conduct negotiations.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up on their status until successful delivery.
• Track shipments and coordinate effectively with the warehouse and factory teams.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain and update the supplier database, and evaluate supplier performance regularly.
• Monitor raw material prices and prepare periodic reports for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• This position is open to Saudi Nationals Only.
• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a procurement role is required.
