About Retal and the Role

Retal (رتال) is seeking a Project Manager – CEO’s Private Projects to join its team on a full-time basis in Jeddah or Makkah. This pivotal role involves leading and executing strategic and confidential initiatives directly under the guidance of the CEO, contributing to the company's overarching objectives.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of high-priority projects, requiring a blend of strong leadership, exceptional problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision. The position demands a highly organized, discreet, and proactive individual capable of navigating complex project landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of the CEO’s private and strategic projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate effectively across various internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, establish realistic timelines, and manage budgets to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project progress, proactively identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefings for the CEO.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
• Ensure all projects are aligned with the CEO’s vision and the broader organizational goals.
