About the Role
Match is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join their team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah Region. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems, processes, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, ISO standards, and any new required systems, certifications, or awards as per business needs.
- Review and update quality assurance documentation, including policies, procedures, records, and work instructions.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of production and service processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and policies.
- Identify non-conformities, inconsistencies, or defects in processes, products, or services, and ensure timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Prepare and present quality audit reports to management, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting improvements.
- Assist in establishing performance goals and monitor the progress of company departments, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and services processes and suggest changes to enhance product or service quality.
- Investigate and address customer complaints related to product or service quality.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess a Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree, or a related field. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of practical experience in the FMCG Quality Assurance Systems (QAS) field is required.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Proficiency in establishing, implementing, and maintaining ISO Standards (*, 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systems standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Accuracy in documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
- Experience in auditing various quality management systems.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan and organize work efficiently.
- Capacity to communicate effectively with individuals of diverse personalities.
- Demonstrated integrity and professional competence.
Work Location and Type
This is a full-time position located in Jeddah and Makkah, within the Makkah Region.
