About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Cartier, you will represent the Maison and provide client experiences while building long-term relationships. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with opportunities in Jeddah, and requires 0-1 years of experience.

Role Purpose

The Sales Associate contributes to the boutique's commercial success by upholding Cartier's service standards. This involves leveraging knowledge of luxury products and client service to foster engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized client experiences in line with Cartier standards.
• Develop strong relationships with local and international clients to ensure long-term engagement.
• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to overall team performance.
• Identify client needs and introduce relevant products and services.
• Support client development initiatives through follow-ups, appointments, and outreach.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all categories and collections.
• Ensure boutique presentation and operations meet Maison standards.
• Collaborate with boutique and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
• Represent Cartier with professionalism and authenticity.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing environments.
• Demonstrated passion for luxury, client experience, and relationship building.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in Makkah, with operations also in Jeddah. The position involves working within a boutique setting, requiring collaboration with various teams to deliver client service.
