The Sales Engineer Role

ARTIC | Arabian Tile Company is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting sales activities by understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, and presenting product solutions that align with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Meeting with clients to understand their needs.
Conducting site visits as required.
Coordinating with internal technical and production teams.
Providing pre- and post-sales technical support to customers.
Preparing quotations for products and services.
Responding to technical inquiries from clients.
Assisting in tender processes.
Ensuring timely follow-up to secure orders and maintain strong customer relationships.
Contributing to market development by identifying new opportunities.
Providing feedback on customer needs and industry trends to internal teams.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Sales Engineer position should have 0-1 years of relevant experience. This role is suitable for individuals looking to develop their career in technical sales within the building materials sector.
