Showroom Sales Representative

About the Role

AlRomaih Industrial Commercial Group is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative to join their team in Makkah. This full-time role focuses on ensuring excellent customer reception and service, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets within the showroom environment. The representative will be responsible for supporting customers from their initial entry to post-sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer reception and maintain a high level of service within the showrooms.
• Address customer needs, facilitate goods delivery, and offer pre- and post-sales support.
• Guide customers through product introductions, secure orders, calculate quantities, and assist with product and color coordination.
• Coordinate with showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure accurate invoicing and timely goods delivery.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the showroom and ensure the availability of marketing materials such as brochures and catalogues.
• Achieve sales targets in line with the established sales plan and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering stock levels and required items.
• Manage stock levels by ordering from warehouses based on minimum and maximum levels, prioritizing fast-moving items.
• Adhere to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) policy to prevent dead stock and report any missing products to the direct manager.
• Ensure goods are arranged in warehouses according to policy to maintain accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.
• Submit financial reports to the region accountant as required and deposit daily sales cash into the company’s account.
• Provide regular reports to the direct manager on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.
• Cooperate with other branches to resell slow-moving items and implement company policies and instructions.
• Submit periodic reports on achievements, problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Offer suggestions for developing sales processes and value.
• Perform all duties using safe and environmentally sound methods, and undertake any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

The role requires adherence to company policies and procedures, with a focus on maintaining an organized and efficient sales operation.
