The Luxury Collection is seeking a Spa Service Expert for a Male Spa in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role involves supporting essential spa functions and ensuring a memorable guest experience through a range of spa services. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule and confirm reservations and appointments.
• Provide comprehensive information about available services.
• Check in guests efficiently upon arrival.
• Process payments accurately.

Workplace Standards and Operational Duties

• Maintain a safe working environment for all.
• Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures.
• Uphold high quality standards in all aspects of service.
• Ensure professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.
• Manage reservation software, including reading and visually verifying information.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance. This includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as required.
