About the Role

Tas'Helat Marketing is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to join our team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading project teams to ensure successful project delivery within established parameters and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project teams to ensure assigned projects are completed within approved budget and timeline while meeting company business objectives.
Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, procedures, and engineering designs.
Guide cross-functional teams, review technical designs, and engineering documentation.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure the quality of the project.
Provide all needed communication between stakeholders and ensure that all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry compliance and company safety guidelines.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports.
Perform technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements.
Assess the team and provide required guidance and development to improve their capabilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
Demonstrated leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of project management software.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work to agreed deadlines and timescales.
Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
Ability to prioritize own time and workload.
