NADEC is seeking a Supervisor - Fleet to join its team in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with operations extending to Hail. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining a safe, reliable, and highly available fleet that supports daily distribution operations.

Role Overview

As a Fleet Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all workshop and fleet maintenance activities. The primary objective is to ensure maximum vehicle availability, minimize downtime, control maintenance costs effectively, and guarantee the reliable operation of vehicles and their cooling/refrigeration units. This position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize fleet availability and minimize vehicle downtime through effective maintenance planning and follow-up.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance within agreed timelines.
• Manage workshop manpower, workflow, productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Control maintenance costs without compromising vehicle reliability, safety, quality, or appearance.
• Provide technical guidance and support to workshop and operating teams.
• Ensure effective maintenance and follow-up of vehicle cooling units and refrigeration systems.
• Coordinate with leasing companies and service providers for maintenance and accident repairs.
• Ensure timely completion and monitoring of TAMM, Bayan, TGA, and other fleet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely SAP updates and maintenance records.
• Monitor fleet-related activities including fuel, GPS, HHT, and operational equipment.
• Maintain vehicle condition, livery, workshop scrap records, and asset documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet/workshop performance reports.
• Coordinate with Sales and other functions to resolve fleet-related operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in fleet management or workshop supervision. A strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, cooling/refrigeration systems, and regulatory compliance is essential for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Mecca, Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to operations in Hail. The role involves working within a dynamic environment focused on maintaining operational efficiency for NADEC's distribution fleet.
