About the Role

NADEC is seeking a Supervisor - Fleet to join their team in Ha'il. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining a safe, reliable, and highly available fleet that supports daily distribution operations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

As a Fleet Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all workshop and fleet maintenance activities. This includes ensuring maximum vehicle availability, minimizing downtime, effectively controlling maintenance costs, and guaranteeing the reliable operation of vehicles and their cooling/refrigeration units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize fleet availability and minimize vehicle downtime through effective maintenance planning and follow-up.
  • Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance within agreed timelines.
  • Manage workshop manpower, workflow, productivity, quality, and safety.
  • Control maintenance costs without compromising vehicle reliability, safety, quality, or appearance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to workshop and operating teams.
  • Ensure effective maintenance and follow-up of vehicle cooling units and refrigeration systems.
  • Coordinate with leasing companies and service providers for maintenance and accident repairs.
  • Ensure timely completion and monitoring of TAMM, Bayan, TGA, and other fleet regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely SAP updates and maintenance records.
  • Monitor fleet-related activities including fuel, GPS, HHT, and operational equipment.
  • Maintain vehicle condition, livery, workshop scrap records, and asset documentation.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet/workshop performance reports.
  • Coordinate with Sales and other functions to resolve fleet-related operational issues.
  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in fleet or workshop supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in managing workshop operations, including manpower and productivity.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Hail, Saudi Arabia, within NADEC's operational framework, focusing on supporting daily distribution activities.
