About the Role

Marriott International is seeking a Supervisor Systems /IT to join their team in Makkah, with operations extending to Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing and managing IT systems and providing technical support to ensure smooth operations within the hospitality environment. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to computer software and systems.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business problems.
Analyze, recommend, and implement process improvements for IT systems.
Operate computer and peripheral equipment, including entering commands and activating controls.
Troubleshoot, modify, support, manage, and maintain application programs and user accounts.
Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial actions, and installation activities.
Train users in the proper use of hardware and software.
Manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation for telecommunications activities, including client/server support.
Advise on administrative policies, procedures, technical problems, priorities, and methods related to telecommunications.

Leadership and Operational Support

Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
Serve as a role model and initial point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
Foster positive working relationships and support team goals.
Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new methods to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in systems or IT support.
Proficiency in troubleshooting software and system issues.
Ability to enter and locate information using computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional interactions.
Ability to follow company policies and procedures and protect company assets.
Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
