Supply Chain Manager

About the Role

Taibah Gifts is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join their team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical for overseeing the entire supply chain, from global procurement and customs clearance to warehouse management and last-mile distribution. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in supply chain and warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all warehouse operations, including layout optimization, stock security, and maintaining 100% ERP inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting.
• Identify and negotiate with international and local suppliers to procure high-quality materials and finished goods.
• Oversee all freight forwarding activities and ensure seamless customs clearance in compliance with ZATCA and Saber regulations.
• Conduct demand planning to anticipate seasonal spikes, such as during Ramadan and Hajj, to prevent stockouts and optimize inventory levels across all retail branches.
• Supervise efficient and cost-effective distribution from the central warehouse to physical branches and e-commerce customers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business is required.
• Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in supply chain and warehouse management, preferably within the Retail or FMCG sector in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong proficiency in ERP systems (*, Odoo, SAP) and inventory management software is essential.
• A solid understanding of Saudi import laws, customs procedures, and local logistics infrastructure is necessary.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, focusing on managing the supply chain operations for Taibah Gifts.
