About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Waiter to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role involves delivering food and beverage service, focusing on creating positive guest experiences. The position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience in a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, seeking opportunities to enhance their dining experience.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, promotions, and specials to assist guests confidently.
Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system, ensuring timely delivery.
Ensure the food service station remains fully stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to maintain high standards for guest and team member well-being.
