The Role: Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator

MACNA is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to manage the daily operations of its central warehouse. This full-time position, based in Makkah and serving operations in Jeddah and Makkah, is critical for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and supporting uninterrupted marine operations. The role encompasses receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and logistics coordination for vessels and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials against Purchase Orders, Delivery Notes, and packing lists.
• Coordinate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) within the ERP system.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, bin allocation, and maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping.
• Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
• Ensure warehouse safety and compliance with all HSE requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and monthly stock reconciliations, investigating variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory to optimize stock levels.
• Plan daily and weekly delivery schedules for vessels and project sites.
• Coordinate with internal drivers and third-party transport providers.
• Prepare dispatch notes and all necessary transfer documentation.
• Track deliveries through to receipt confirmation and support urgent and emergency operational requirements.
• Manage standard consumable stock for vessels, coordinating replenishment based on usage trends and ensuring critical operational items are always available.
• Prepare inventory, dispatch, and warehouse KPI reports.
• Maintain comprehensive warehouse records for audit purposes and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate effectively with Procurement, Operations, Technical, Finance, and vessel teams.
• Support warehouse optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management and logistics coordination. The ability to maintain accurate records, plan efficiently, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, supporting MACNA's marine operations across the Makkah region, including Jeddah.
