About the Role

Highest Talent Ltd is seeking a dedicated Wholesale Section Manager to join their team in the Makkah region, covering Jeddah and Makkah cities. This full-time role is central to driving wholesale sales and managing customer relationships within an established market, contributing directly to the company's commercial objectives.

Role Purpose

The Wholesale Section Manager will be responsible for overseeing and executing sales strategies for wholesale customers. This position focuses on achieving predefined sales objectives, fostering strong client relationships through regular engagement, and ensuring efficient order-to-payment processes in alignment with company policies and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell company products to wholesale customers in accordance with approved sales plans and policies.
• Regularly visit assigned customers and develop strong, lasting business relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, distribution objectives, and collection targets.
• Process customer orders accurately and follow up on delivery with relevant internal departments.
• Collect payments from customers, adhering strictly to company credit and collection policies.
• Monitor outstanding balances and coordinate effectively with the Finance Department as required.
• Track market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing timely reports to management.
• Professionally handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions with supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in wholesale sales or a closely related commercial field. A proven track record in consistently achieving sales and collection targets, coupled with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and effective communication skills, is essential for success in this dynamic role.

Compensation and Work Details

This full-time role offers a competitive monthly salary of 6500 SR, complemented by monthly incentives of 3000 SR based on key performance indicators (KPIs) that reflect sales and collection performance. The position is based in the Makkah region, requiring travel and engagement with customers across Jeddah and Makkah.
