About the Role

A leading commodity food brand is seeking an experienced Wholesales Channel Expert to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, individual contribution role based in Dammam and Jeddah, reporting directly to the Head of Sales_KSA.

Role Purpose

The Wholesales Channel Expert will be responsible for driving sales performance and enhancing brand presence within the wholesale channel. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and contributing to product and brand strategy for the brand's portfolio.

Sales Management Responsibilities (70%)

  • Achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with multiple wholesale customers.
  • Identify market opportunities to grow profitable SKU sales.
  • Deliver volume, value, and trade objectives within allocated budget.
  • Monitor competitor activities and recommend effective counter-strategies.

Brand and Product Management Responsibilities (30%)

  • Contribute to growing brand presence and market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
  • Plan product portfolio based on market demand.
  • Support the launch of new products.
  • Provide market feedback for SKU development.
  • Execute sales promotions effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Wholesales Channel Expert, preferably within the commodity food sector.
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage sales targets and wholesale customer relationships.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position operating as an individual contributor. The role is based in Dammam and Jeddah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
