About the Role

Jumeirah is seeking a Security Supervisor to join the team at Jumeirah The Red Sea in Neom, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals who are prepared to uphold high security standards within a luxury hospitality environment. The role involves overseeing daily security operations and ensuring the safety and security of guests, colleagues, and company assets.

Role Purpose

The Security Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the security team's activities, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with established security protocols. This position plays a critical role in incident response, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks and patrol routes to security officers, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all critical areas.
• Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct on-the-job coaching to maintain service standards.
• Oversee access control points, verify identification procedures, and ensure strict compliance with security protocols.
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, ensuring proper escalation and thorough documentation.
• Maintain accurate logs of all security activities, incidents, and investigations for audit and record-keeping purposes.
• Assist the Duty Manager in the implementation of security plans for events and VIP movements.
• Ensure the readiness and functionality of emergency equipment, reporting any deficiencies without delay.
• Liaise with other departments to resolve security-related concerns and contribute to smooth operational flow.
• Support the training of new security officers on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and emergency protocols.
• Promote a proactive culture of safety and vigilance among team members through regular briefings and awareness programs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of higher secondary education.
• Demonstrated previous experience in supervising or coordinating a team of Security Officers.
• Practical knowledge of access control systems, security patrols, incident response, and emergency procedures.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, coupled with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
