Ninja, a quick-commerce company, is seeking a Pharmacist to join its team in Yanbu, Al Madinah Province. This full-time role involves dispensing medications and providing patient care, contributing to improved treatment outcomes. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting.

Role Overview

The Pharmacist will play a key role in revolutionizing healthcare and patient interaction. This position focuses on ensuring accurate medication dispensing, offering personalized patient advice, and collaborating with healthcare providers to manage treatment plans effectively. The Pharmacist will also contribute to staff and patient education on medication safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process and dispense prescription medications, adhering to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Provide medication counseling to patients, addressing questions and concerns regarding treatments, side effects, and interactions.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and manage medication treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient health outcomes and adjust prescriptions as necessary in conjunction with medical staff.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff and patients on medication safety and wellness.
• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Stay informed about new developments in medications and pharmacy practice to continuously enhance service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (** degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy and clinical guidelines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
