Dallah Albaraka is seeking a dedicated Safety Specialist to join its team in Yanbu. This full-time position is integral to maintaining a secure and compliant environment across the company's operations. The role offers an opportunity for professionals with 0-1 years of experience to contribute significantly to workplace safety.

Role Purpose

The Safety Specialist is responsible for delivering comprehensive safety services to Dallah Albaraka's staff, property, and facilities. This involves implementing proactive safety measures, responding effectively to emergency situations, and providing essential safety guidance to employees. A primary objective of this role is to ensure strict adherence to all established safety rules and regulations throughout Dallah Albaraka's various premises and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved departmental policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to established processes for controlled operations.
• Execute day-to-day safety operations to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
• Supervise the activities of subordinates within the Safety unit to ensure efficient work execution.
• Monitor safety-related activities and incidents, ensuring required actions are taken in compliance with procedures across different premises.
• Develop and update reports on safety incidents to keep management and relevant sections informed.
• Liaise with fire or ambulance authorities during emergency incidents, facilitating site entry and exit for expeditious handling of situations.
• Investigate and report on incidents to prevent recurrence and ensure the safety of Dallah Albaraka’s resources.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in a safety-related role.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a consistent on-site presence to effectively manage safety operations and respond to immediate needs within Dallah Albaraka's facilities.
