Senior Sales Engineer

About the Role

REDA Hazard Control is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join its team. This full-time position is based in Al Madinah, with a focus on the cities of Yanbu and Medina. The role involves developing the firefighting business within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Mining sectors, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the Fire Fighting & Security Systems industry. This includes building and maintaining client relationships and achieving established sales targets. The successful candidate will focus on expanding the company's presence in key industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Mining sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with the technical team to provide customized solutions that meet client requirements.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for submission to the line manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales and business development within the firefighting or security systems industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Industrial Clients and EPC business is essential.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Solid technical knowledge of firefighting & security systems and solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
