KBR, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Rotating Equipment Engineer Design & Construction to join its team in Yanbu Al Sinaiyah, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Role Summary

The incumbent will operate under general supervision, independently applying advanced engineering techniques and making critical decisions on complex engineering problems and methods. This role requires a proactive approach to engineering challenges and a strong foundation in rotating equipment design and construction principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently apply advanced engineering techniques to project requirements.
• Make decisions on engineering problems and methods, ensuring optimal solutions.
• Be responsible for a measurable asset, such as an assigned staff and budget, demonstrating accountability in resource management.

Technical Guidance and Representation

• Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers, fostering team development.
• Serve as a key consultant for associates and other stakeholders, with a high degree of reliance placed on scientific interpretations and advice.
• Represent the organization in conferences to resolve important questions or to negotiate with key engineers and officials of other organizations.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant engineering field, with a focus on rotating equipment within design and construction projects. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to handle complex engineering tasks independently.
