About the Role

Zeppelin Systems GmbH is seeking a customer-focused After Sales Spare Parts & Components Specialist to join their service operations in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing spare parts inquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring efficient logistics and communication with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer inquiries pertaining to spare parts and components.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and long-term agreements.
  • Coordinate order processing with internal teams and external suppliers.
  • Issue order confirmations to customers.
  • Maintain and update internal databases and relevant documentation.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments with customers.
  • Prepare shipping documents in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements for EXW shipments.
  • Monitor shipments and track airway bills and FCRs.
  • Track and follow up on open deliveries.
  • Manage rejected materials and prepare OS&D reports.
  • Maintain quality-related documentation and register materials in customer systems, such as SAP codes.
  • Follow up on quotations with both customers and suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and third parties.
  • Support vendor registration and pre-qualification processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in after sales, order management, or customer service is required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP is necessary; experience with Ariba is considered a plus.
  • Candidates should be reliable, structured, and service-oriented.
  • Experience in spare parts or industrial environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of logistics and international shipping processes is advantageous.
