The Role of Food Services-Business Development Specialist

Food Makers Catering Services is seeking a Food Services-Business Development Specialist to secure high-volume accounts and institutional hospitality partnerships. This full-time, non-managerial position operates from the Jubail hub in the Eastern Province. The specialist will be responsible for converting corporate, venue, and industrial workforce camp prospects into active contracts, focusing on the food services sector. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and generate leads from corporate clients, industrial remote workforce camps, facility managers, and private venue developers across Saudi Arabia.
• Collaborate with the Food Makers executive chef team to develop and present customized food menus, including specialized salads and multi-course hot buffets, tailored to client budget requirements.
• Market and sell specialized "Camp Catering Services" designed for large labor workforce installations, temporary camp setups, and long-term remote facilities.
• Secure short-term and long-term service agreements for corporate meetings, business receptions, VIP banquets, and seasonal social milestones.
• Manage client relationships from initial prospecting through to finalized contractual agreements, ensuring a smooth operational handover.

Work Environment and Compensation

The primary work location for this role is Jubail City Center, Al Jubail 35514. The position requires a high level of local travel to meet with company executives and facility managers. Compensation includes a base salary plus a commission structure based on achieved revenue milestones.
