Business Planning Analyst/ Specialist

About the Role

JAL International Co. Ltd. is seeking a Business Planning Analyst/Specialist to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a contract position requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on business planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting within industrial and manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business objectives and performance measures.
• Manage business planning, budgeting, and performance reporting processes.
• Prepare professional board and executive reports, including graphics and dashboards.
• Develop and implement procedures and templates for business planning and reporting.
• Build and maintain performance databases for corporate functions.

Required Experience and Skills

• Extensive experience in business planning, budgeting, performance management, and reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of business objectives development and performance measurement.
• Experience within the oil/gas, chemical, petrochemical, food, or feed industries.
• Proficiency in SAP for business planning and reporting.
• Strong knowledge and experience in developing procedures and templates.
• Good understanding of Total Quality Management (TQM) and auditing practices.
• Excellent skills in MS Windows and presentation software.

General Requirements

• Candidates must possess strong and relevant experience within industrial, manufacturing, petrochemical, or similar project environments.
• Applicants must be locally available in Saudi Arabia.
