About the Civil Coordinator Role

sraco is seeking a Civil Coordinator to join its team in Al Jubail. This full-time position requires a professional with over 10 years of experience to oversee and coordinate essential project resources, ensuring efficient and safe execution of tasks. The role demands strong leadership capabilities and a thorough understanding of safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Civil Coordinator will be responsible for a range of critical functions to support project operations. This includes:

• Coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and logistics to ensure smooth project flow.
• Ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and in compliance with company Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Managing staffing levels, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution, and overall safety compliance on site.
• Monitoring team performance, investigating incidents, and reporting findings.
• Liaising with contractors and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery of services.
• Providing necessary data and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports to management.
• Overseeing the training and professional development of team members.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must meet the following criteria:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably within the Petrochemical or Refining industries, or similar sectors.
• At least 5 years of experience in a coordination or supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation and Work Environment

The offered salary range for this full-time position is SAR 11,250 to SAR 15,000 per month. The role is based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and requires the ability to adapt to operational needs across different project zones.
