Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a dedicated Driver Limousine/Van to join our team in Al Jubail, Eastern. Key Responsibilities

• Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using hotel vehicles.
• Document all trips before starting and upon completion.
• Park vehicles in designated spots when not in use.
• Inspect hotel vehicles for damage and cleanliness regularly.
• Check tire pressure and fluid levels, and refuel vehicles as necessary.
• Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs.
• Document all vehicle-related incidents (*, damage, accidents) and provide incident reports to management.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, including completing required safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional.
• Maintain the privacy of company proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Support co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect, contributing to team goals.
• Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, using clear and professional language.
• Answer phone calls using appropriate etiquette.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent General Education Development (GED) Certificate.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience required (0-1 year).
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
• License or Certification: Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The role involves various physical activities necessary for vehicle operation and guest assistance. Candidates must be able to:

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds (** kg) without assistance.
• Assist in moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects weighing more than 75 pounds (** kg).
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or for the entire work shift.
• Move at a speed required to respond to work situations (*, running, walking, jogging).

• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines (*, to identify defects).
• Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of various sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and good hand-eye coordination.

• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces.
• Move over inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairways.
• Ascend and descend stairways and/or service ramps.
• Continuously use manual dexterity and motor skills, frequently employing both hands and fine motor functions.
