The Role

Alfa Laval's Field Service Operations Department in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Field Service Engineer. This full-time position is based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of experience. The role involves providing high-quality field service support and contributing to the growth of operations in a key industrial market.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first behavioral attitude (Stop-Think-Act).
• Perform installation, commissioning, inspection, repair, audits, fault finding, and maintenance of high-speed separators (HSS), decanters, and plate heat exchangers.
• Troubleshoot Electrical/PLC controls (EPC controls, 2 touch, basic & Plus controls) and provide training to customer crews on Alfa Laval equipment.
• Deliver on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services.
• Execute audits and maintenance activities related to service agreements.
• Prepare service reports, ensuring documentation of visits, observations, recommendations, and customer commitments.
• Adhere to all company safety (QHSE) policies, quality, and operational procedures.
• Utilize AL system tools including OneService, Lead app, HSE Near miss app (MEA Aleart), E-Learning portal, Workday, and Sensei IB.
• Generate service business leads using the FSE Lead app.
• Report near misses via the HSE digital platform (MEA Aleart).
• Submit service reports, expense reports, payroll, and customer-signed timesheet service reports in a timely manner.
• Support sales functions with technical solutions and participate in technical forums.
