About Renco and the Role

Renco *** is an international engineering and construction firm with over 40 years of experience, known for delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. We are seeking a High Risk Permit to Work (PTW) Holder to join our team. This full-time position is based in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and will support a Baker Hughes project located at OLNG, Sur, Oman.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to manage the complete Permit-to-Work lifecycle for the assigned project. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with OLNG Control of Work procedures and maintain the highest Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards throughout all maintenance and shutdown activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete Permit-to-Work (PTW) lifecycle, including application, execution, suspension, and close-out.
Coordinate daily with Operations, HSE, Contractor Teams, and the PTW Office.
Verify Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Risk Assessments, and Energy Isolation (LOTO) requirements.
Monitor confined space entry, hot work, lifting activities, and other high-risk operations.
Conduct Toolbox Talks and ensure workforce compliance with HSE procedures.
Coordinate simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) safely.
Ensure compliance with OLNG Control of Work requirements.
Exercise Stop Work Authority whenever unsafe conditions are identified.
Maintain accurate permit documentation and shift handovers.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the High Risk Permit to Work (PTW) Holder position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. This role requires a professional committed to upholding stringent safety protocols and operational compliance within industrial environments.

A strong focus on maintaining the highest HSE standards is paramount, particularly during maintenance and shutdown activities involving high-risk operations.
