Maintenance Manager

About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Maintenance Manager (HDPE) to join their team in Al Jubail. This full-time role involves overseeing all maintenance activities for the HDPE Plant, ensuring operational efficiency and reliability in accordance with company standards. The position requires a professional with over 12 years of experience in maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all assigned maintenance jobs for mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation activities at the HDPE Plant, ensuring compliance with Company standards.
• Provide regular reporting on maintenance execution within the CMMS system.
• Offer necessary support to the Planning and Scheduling Supervisor.
• Support the Company Reliability Department in bad actor analysis and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Prepare weekly maintenance reports and present updates during maintenance meetings.
• Manage daily maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment availability and reliability.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for HDPE process equipment.
• Review and enhance personnel competency through job-specific training, in coordination with the Head of HR.
• Ensure strict compliance with all HSE requirements during maintenance execution.
• Support maintenance shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls to achieve safe and timely completion.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in maintenance management.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance operations in a plant environment, specifically within HDPE facilities.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
• Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance reporting.
• Familiarity with HSE requirements and reliability improvement initiatives.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia, within KBR's Sustainable Technology Solutions division. The role requires active participation in plant operations and coordination with various departments to ensure optimal performance and safety.
